Cheryl Meadows

Communications Director

Cheryl writes and shares all of the organization’s success stories and relevant news. A Knox County native, and McCreary County resident, she’s been doing this for 20 years. She works with loan clients, training graduates and funding partners, when gathering information for stories. Cheryl also handles SKED’s social media, website updates and distribution of marketing materials. Additionally, she markets our Supplier Education & Economic Development (SEED) training program and contracting symposium. She worked 10 years in regional journalism, before coming to work for SKED in 1999. She’s a Union College graduate. Outside of SKED, Cheryl spends time with her family: husband, Dan, children, Ben and Maryanna and their Westie: Duke. She enjoys giving back to her community through her church’s outreach programs.
