LONDON, KY – A longtime London restaurant has a new face, with the same great food and customer service.
Owners Craig and Leslie Tincher have ended their franchise with Wings and Rings and renamed their hometown, family-style restaurant, Blondie’s All-Star Grill.

This is good news for its customers and the community it serves.
“After 10 years of owning a franchised restaurant, we decided that it would be best for us and our customers to open our own independent restaurant,” Craig said. “The decision to leave the Wings and Rings franchise was not easy, but it would give us the flexibility to create our own concept, menu, and decor that we felt would best suit our local area.”
The Tinchers opened Blondie’s with all-new branding and novel menu items in the same location at 201 Faith Assembly Church Rd, London, Ky.

The restaurant boasts the same amenities as it has always had. Blondie’s offers online ordering, party rooms, catering services, and the sports bar environment many seek, while maintaining a family atmosphere to please everyone.
The Tinchers opened the original business in 2017. They worked with Southeast Kentucky Economic Development Corporation (SKED) to develop this project and more.
The Laurel County natives also own The Palace Family Entertainment Center in London, a 60,000-square-foot facility with 18 bowling lanes, an arcade, go-karts, and more.
When they decided to rebrand the restaurant, SKED Director of Lending Bob Burgess was their first call.
SKED helped the Tinchers finance Blondie’s rebranding and signage with a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) microloan.
“We had worked with SKED with our original financing for the restaurant as well as for our family entertainment center, and we knew the process would be quicker and easier than the usual sources. Bob Burgess and his team are 100% committed to helping local businesses succeed, and SKED will always be our first call.”

“We’ve seen the success Craig and Leslie have had at the current location and are excited to help them set a new course with the rebranding project,” Burgess said. “They are dedicated to serving their community in many ways, and this is just one of them.
